Classes are customized to fit the needs of those in attendance as it is our goal to provide a safe environment for everyone. For those who are currently suffering, among the other services that are offered, yoga is to provide additional relief from pain and discomfort, and assist with recovery and long-term health.

Most publications depict the most flexible models in yoga poses we could only dream of twisting our bodies into. Unfortunately this has created the misconception that yoga is only for the flexible and fit. However, yoga is for everyone and those who find it most challenging have the most to gain!
